Una - part of AURA by Aqualand, located on Walker Street near the new Victoria Cross Metro Station is an iconic new address and symbol of North Sydney’s sophisticated future, setting a new precedent for luxury harbourside living.
Destined to be Sydney’s newest inner-city neighbourhood, we are excited to be an important part of ensuring North Sydney becomes a great food destination. Etymon is developing a multi-level lifestyle hospitality offering for residents and the local community alike. An artful mix of carefully curated venues including eateries and retail which are collectively designed to be a beacon for visitors and a playground for residents.
The Role
The Retail Team Lead will support the Retail Manager & Supervisor in the day-to-day running of our retail store. You will ensure consistency of product and guest experience, at times taking carriage of the store on the Managers days off, ensuring that our pre-orders and deliveries are managed effectively by working with the broader team to coordinate the moving parts of the venue day-to-day.
Experience and Qualification
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work 38 hours per week (overtime rates paid for anything above 38)
- 1-2 years’ experience in a retail environment serving food and beverage (or just be passionate about high quality food)
- Experience working in a team with some supervisory responsibilities desirable but not required.
- Experience working with Point of Sale
- A team player who knows how to collaborate effectively.
- Great time management skills.
