  • I'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a
    ServiceNow Specialist.

This is an initial 6 month contract with 2 x 6 month extensions.


Our looking to enhance their ITSM capabilities and are looking to implement a new Service Management Platform using Service Now.

You will have the following experience:

  • Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
  • An understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
  • Operational experience in at least 2 Service Management disciplines
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • At least 2 years' experience using and/or implementing Service Now

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model
  • Demonstrated experience in developing requirements, procedures and processes in IT Service Management
  • Technical knowledge of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Have a minimum baseline clearance
    or **the ability to obtain a clearance
