Business Analyst/Support Administrator - Recruitment Services
Full-Time and Part-Time Temporary

Recruitment and Information Services seeks support from a technically savvy individual to assess and elevate our business systems with the primary goal of improving service delivery to government customers.

We are the specialists in ACT Government recruitment processing and are focused on excellence. We have a desire to explore how we can improve our business delivery through the systems we currently have in play including ServiceNow, Power BI and SharePoint. Your role will involve working hand in hand with the team to learn how we do what we do, what systems we use and what we can do with the information and systems we have. We already have ideas for improvements, we just need the technical lead to turn ideas into practise.

It is essential that you have confidence in communicating with the business owners and stakeholders to ascertain what is required from a systems/application perspective. This relationship between you and us should foster creativity, trust and results.

The ideal candidate is passionate about applying skills and expertise to a technology-based business model that creates real solutions for ACT Government recruitment.

Note: This is a temporary position available for six weeks with the possibility of extension up to three months. Selection may be based on application only and is available to ACT Government employees only.
