Salesforce Business Analyst

- Candidate must be Australian Citizen and have an NV1 security clearance
Are you ready to bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge Salesforce technology? Join our team as a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst and work directly with clients to define and document their business requirements, streamline workflows, and deliver top-notch Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand and analyse clients' business requirements.
- Document business workflows, data, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Solution Lead to design effective solutions.
- Communicate acceptance criteria to Salesforce developers and testers.
- Support and enable users to maximize the Salesforce platform.
- Manage data, including data load and manipulation, and prepare reports.
- Implement low-risk changes and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Assist with problem and incident resolution activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in eliciting and analysing business needs.
- Proficiency in data modelling and BPMN modelling.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with project delivery teams.
- Ability to onboard users and provide ongoing support.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and governance processes.
