We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager - Cable and Connectors, to join our busy team based in Seven Hills.
The Role:
- Key aspects of this role are the management of product roadmap and direction, product development and sourcing, product and component supply chains, inventory, and product life cycles.
- Oversee the product management of RFI’s wireless dealer network spans across Australia and covers both the retail and commercial space.
- You will be responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution for your product portfolio.
- Evangelize the product vision and coordinate activities across cross functional teams to achieve product goals.
- Understand each of the markets to know key market drivers, competitors, and customer problems.
- Develop strong vendor relationships and manage sales and stock forecasts to achieve product budgets.
The Responsibilities:
- Identifying gaps in the market and developing/sourcing new products to achieve growth.
- Developing and managing Product roadmaps to release new products on schedule.
- Maintain the product marketing plan to promote and grow your product portfolio.
- Providing effective support to sales team to drive sales targets.
About you:
- A minimum of three years product management experience in B2B or B2BC space with an emphasis on product marketing.
- Experience in Product management in RF / Telco industries.
- Background in RF (radio frequency / communications industry) and has exposure to Antennas
- Technical qualification / experience with RF cables and connectors and exposer to Antennas.
- Experience extracting insights from data analytic tools to make data informed decisions.
- Ability to apply ruthless prioritisation to achieve product goals.
- Knowledge on DAS Antennas and installation - Preferred

A vastly experienced team with rare skills in Antenna engineering (design, manufacture and testing), Systems engineering (design, testing and installation),active RF and digital electronic engineering (design, manufacture and testing) and Software engineering (development and testing for manufacture)
The latest antenna and RF design and drafting modelling packages
An anechoic chamber with high power and PIM test environments
An extensive suite of RF and digital test equipment and custom automated test equipment
Surface mount technology for lead-free printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, complemented by an environmental test facility
Permanent outdoor antenna test range which also houses our fully shielded RF enclosure
