About Us:
The first Furama Hotel in Australia to be part of the Furama Hotels International, a Singapore-based hotel management company with portfolios mainly within the Southeast Asia including Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur & Indonesia.
About the Role:
As the Business Development Director, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint. Leveraging your leadership skills and passion for team collaboration, you will craft and implement strategies to attract corporate clients, foster strong relationships with key partners, and ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives. Your innovative approach and deep understanding of market dynamics will be key in maximizing revenue opportunities while preserving our unique brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development objectives and boost revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to surpass targets.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to propel sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
- Proven success as a sales leader with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships and leading teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
