THE ROLE
Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a new opportunity in the dynamic field of landscape and civil construction? Join our client, a leading player in the industry, as they continue to deliver exceptional projects that enhance communities and contribute positively to the environment.

Salary Range: $115K - $135K + Car + Super (Based on experience and suitability for the role)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing landscape construction and civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Your role will involve managing client relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects ranging from a couple of hundred thousand to $10M.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary Education or Landscape Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-time Project Management experience in the same industry
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in civil, commercial, council, education, heritage, landscapes. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Project
  • Strong client management skills
