Future Secure AI is a tech startup that is jointly developed with one of the world's largest financial institutions. We are transforming the world of work around the world with cutting-edge AI.

We are growing rapidly (an understatement).

We operate as an agile startup but with deep connectivity to major C-Suite enterprise customers all around the world.

Our HQ is in Sydney, but we all typically work remotely and sometimes at our customer sites.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of People that can drive the recruitment, onboarding and management of the team as we continue to drive the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive (hands on) the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns if they arise
  • Design and implement performance management programs that drive high performance.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead organizational development efforts, including training and development programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR-related matters.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Experience in scaling up a company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Added bonus: Experience in hiring technology staff globally (and also ex-consultants)
