As our Project Manager you will bring your exceptional problem solving skills to co-ordinate and facilitate the various activities required to support the delivery of BEN+ program deliverables within their workstream and therefore ensure the target outcomes, success indicators and the business value of the Program are met.
This includes assisting with escalations, removing impediments and providing accurate and timely reporting to the BEN+ PMO, Workstream Lead and Business Sponsors, Project Control Board and Steering Committee. It is likely that you will play a role in all aspects of the delivery lifecycle, including design, implementation, embedment.
As our new Project Manager, flexibility will be key, as you will provide support in coordinating a large, complex enterprise-level project within a transformation context. You will manage sprints, sprint planning and assist with backlog refinement to ensure delivery teams are enabled to effectively complete tasks. You will also be expected to support the delivery team by facilitating various workshops key to achieving activity deliverable outcomes and
As our new Project Manager you will bring the following skills:
- At least 5 years traditional Project Management experience
- Ability lead projects ensuring objectives, goals, and commitments are met
- Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders to meet an outcome
- Exposure to working with strategic partners and vendors
- Experience in supporting and empowering teams in an agile environment
- Exposure to interacting with Senior Management and building trust and confidence
- Tertiary qualifications in a business, finance or technology related discipline
- Scrum accreditation (Professional Scrum Master I Certification) would be an advantage
