Head of Buyers Advocacy

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Property / Project Consultant, Sales Manager or Buyers Advocate to oversee a team of Buyers Advocates, Associates and Administrators, to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Buyers Agents Department.
With client service being the main focus of this specialist property and finance company, the role will ensure the highest quality client outcomes. Working closely with the Executive Team across different departments and reporting to the CEO of this national company, the role is an imperative one and will oversee operational issues, trouble shooting, research and workflow adjustments and improvements.
This position would be ideal for those from a strong Sales Management, Property Banking or Buyers Advocate background. Experience within Buyers Advocacy is not essential, but real estate and property experience is, along with the ability to oversee a department. Knowledge and education of financial budgeting, forecasting and strategies would be advantageous.
A very generous base salary + performance incentive bonuses will ensure the role attracts the very best property has to offer.
With over 80 + staff across the Eastern states, the company encompasses, Accountants, Financial Planners and Investment Advisors, ensuring clients are equipped with excellent service.
Mentoring and leading the team in Buyers Advocacy to achieve their potential, this role will assist in ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes for their investments. An entrepreneurial mind keen on exploring different markets, growth areas and outcomes would suit this role.
The position is full time with a hybrid work model, allowing the successful candidate to work both from home and in the Melbourne office.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Maintain regular contact with all team members to provide feedback, track performance and address day to day issues
- Drive property and market research, statistical analysis and reporting and performance feedback and coaching for the team
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training of new team members
- Provide support, technical advice and troubleshooting to the team to ensure a high level of client service is provided in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain working relationships with other internal teams and external partners
