Remote with periodic team meetings in Gold Coast / Brisbane
Job Summary: We're searching for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on digital acquisition and conversion to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll drive our digital marketing strategy to new heights through innovative campaigns and performance-driven tactics. If you're a results-oriented marketer with a passion for growth, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimizing for ROAS and other key metrics.
- Manage budgets effectively, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Generate insightful reports and analyze performance data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Facebook and Google Ads.
- Proven success in PPC/SEM or paid media campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies for customer growth.
- Familiarity or experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio is beneficial.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative problem solver with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of advertising policies and platform terms of service.
