Position Overview
As the Performance Marketing Expert, you will create, execute, and manage in-house B2C acquisition campaigns through paid media channels in a highly competitive market. You will also be responsible for analysing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth. This is a hands-on role for a details-oriented lead generation expert that is focused on testing, optimisation, and driving down costs while achieving sales objectives.
The role
- Personally build, manage, maintain, test, and optimise acquisition campaigns across various channels including paid social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis.
- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Understand KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimisation purposes.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
- Build high performing landing pages, nurture journeys, and marketing automations, and test and iterate to deliver best results.
- Work with the IT team to ensure timely and accurate routing of leads to sales team through CRM.
- Maintain knowledge of current performance marketing trends and platform changes.
About you
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or similar
- Proven track record of personally building and scaling B2C acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
- In-platform hands-on execution experience setting up, testing, optimising, scaling, and maintaining campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
- Experience in Performance Marketing and lead generation on a large scale
- PipeDrive CRM experience highly regarded
- Solar industry experience highly regarded
