Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

We are seeking a gun Search Engine Marketing Specialist with a high level of technical expertise and analytical skills based on-site at our South Granville, NSW Head office.

Responsibilities

  • Your main focus will be planning, executing and measuring multi-channel content and campaigns.
  • Creating and Managing paid campaigns on Google / Meta platforms
  • Experience in analytical reporting
  • Contributing to the delivery of creative campaign ideas and research on industry trends
  • Build on audience profiles to ensure effective engagement on campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement ongoing optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance over time.
  • Utilise analytics tools (GA4, GTM etc.) to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.

Successful applicants will have

  • Highly organised, friendly, proactive and collaborative
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate priorities simultaneously
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in social media content and management is necessary
  • Previous experience with Paid Marketing (Meta / Google) is essential
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
