About the Opportunity

NetProfit, as part of the Scout Talent Group, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.

 The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Create engaging content and oversee the production of marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms
  • Contribute to business growth and development based on market research, implement effective marketing strategies
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reports are completed accurately
Who are we looking for

More than just skills and experience, we're looking for a candidate with resilience and a willingness to pull up your sleeves and get involved. An enthusiastic and positive approach to life and work will be key to your success.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the industry may substitute for formal qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
