Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings.The Opportunity:Reporting to the Alliance Director, the Resource Manager will manage such responsibilities as:  
  • Safety and competency assurance of CBRE employees through active monitoring, employee and customer feedback, audit, and incident and near-miss analysis.
  • Managing the relationship with the customer’s site managers to ensure requirements are understood and delivery requirements are met.
  • Engages with and supports the CBRE on-site team, providing resolution pathways for training, development and employee matters.
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, participation in customer contract review meetings, KPI reporting.
  • Oversight of time-sheeting, including client and internal approvals, review and approval of CBRE invoices and claims.
  • Apprentice scheme oversight, and support of trainees through their apprenticeships.
About you:
  • Five or more years’ experience leading large site-based teams operating in the critical infrastructure or ICT industry.
  • Previous experience as a team manager or service delivery manager in is essential, and a datacentre background is advantageous.
  • Strong people leader and relationship management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of QHSE management legislation and practices, ideally gained within the mechanical (HVAC) and electrical work environment.
