Position Overview: We seek a Technical Operations Manager to oversee the operational management of the technology solutions, particularly in replacing their financial system. You'll ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and support of their critical applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the platform replacement solutions, including hybrid cloud components, for effective support (AWS & GCP)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operation, including cloud infrastructure, security, and risk management.
  • Document operational processes in alignment with industry best practices and frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholders and drive consensus for process sign-off.
  • Complete the System’s Operational Manual.

Qualifications and Experience: Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of IT service management experience.
  • Experience in managing mission-critical applications, including cloud-based ones (AWS and/or GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms and ITIL/COBIT frameworks.
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and working in regulated environments.
