The Stakeholder Consultantwill oversee and guide a team to facilitate Heritage, Environmental and Stakeholder requirements, under Schedule 3 of the Telco Act and in line with contractual obligations.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Western Sydney - Wetherill Park with flexibility on offer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Consultant contract management in relation to individual awarded briefs
  • Provide parameters and guidelines to consultants to ensure quality information is presented within a suitable timeframe
  • Act as the conduit between Design, Project, Field and the Consultant
  • Engage with landowners via feedback forms, phone enquiries, field requests to enable ease of access to properties
  • Resolve complaints and enquiries with landowners collaborating with internal Field and Design team, where required
  • Establish key relationships with third parties / utilities to enable a successful conduit for communication
  • Understand the parameters in which third parties / utilities manage their land
  • Liaise with the client to seek approval for any costs or conditions outside of BAU
  • Comply with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations
  • Build a strong high performing team, aligned to our purpose and enterprise strategic objectives

About you
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Heritage or Environment
  • Knowledge in Schedule 3 obligations and requirements
  • Understanding of State based legislation surrounding Heritage and Environment
  • Skills in utilising IT platforms to produce and capture evidence
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, internally and externally
  • Competence in liaising with the client and providing updates across the wider team
