This role represents an outstanding opportunity to further your career as you shape the direction of the processes and strategies for the delivery of first-class Workplace Relations advice and support. Working closely with Senior Management you will play a critical role in ensuring the business has effective methodologies and strategies to meet the commercial/operational objectives of the business. This is an operational role where you will be involved at all levels to build and drive best practice. This role will suit a tertiary qualified person with experience gained in a similar role. You will need the negotiation and high-level communication skills to successfully execute in this role.
