This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative, payroll and general services in an effective and efficient manner so that accounts are accurate and up to date, vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits and employee wages are paid on time and in line with legislation. It is important that this role work closely with the General Manager and all Department Managers in providing up-to-date financial information & reports to be used in making business decisions.

Duties will also include operational Human Resources plus liaising with HSEQ; management of IT including providers; Working closely with the Finance Manager regarding governance; Liaising with the GM on Asset Management strategies and budgets for items such as vehicles and equipment.

A full PD will provided to shortlisted candidates.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

Reports to Finance Manager and works with

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have completed or be studying towards an appropriate tertiary qualification. Experienced in a similar role is essential.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Great accounting skills, attention to details and advanced software knowledge of excel and accounting software.
