About the role:
You will be accountable for the clinical and operational management of the home, maintaining high occupancy levels and leading a truly passionate and dedicated team committed to delivering high quality, safe and caring resident experiences.

About you:

  • Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Significant experience as a Residential Manager in Aged Care highly desirable
  • Proven success in growing and maintaining high occupancy
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety and a broad knowledge of ANACC and Accreditation
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop and inspire staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Respect, empathy and a passion for aged care

Menarock acquired another three homes in 2014, Sherbrooke Private Nursing Home in Upper Ferntree Gully, Glen Waverley Nursing Home in Glen Waverley and most recently in September, Shepparton Aged Care in Shepparton.
