About your new role…

As the Warranty Coordinator you will be responsible for all spare parts warranty-related issues and claims. You will be responsible for processing and reviewing claims for parts warranty, creating, monitoring and maintaining accurate warranty documentation. The Warranty Coordinator must be able to prepare and process warranty claims according to the specific supplier requirements or guidelines and provide reporting of claims from identification to resolution. This will include follow up with technicians and suppliers to ensure claims are being processed efficiently and in a timely manner.

  • Processing warranty claims and assisting field service technicians through the claims process.
  • Tracking parts and assessing warranty coverage.
  • Collecting parts and data from technicians and collating this for communicating with suppliers.
  • Preparing and processing warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure that warranty parts and documents are accurate and well-maintained.
  • Create and provide reporting of warranty claims from identification to resolution.
  • Liaising with and maintaining good relationships with technicians and suppliers.
  • Identify process and systems competencies and shortfalls
  • Liaising with revenue lead to ensure credit payments are communicated and processed in a timely manner

Let’s talk about you…

  • Experience creating and utilising MS Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas is critical
  • Prior experience using SAP or TABLEAU desirable
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
  • Experience dealing with multiple priorities
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders to form an agreed plan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure plans are effectively communicated.
