About the Opportunity
  • Drive sell-through within the Arc’teryx Brand Store network through the seasonal planning and execution of physical that support the guest journey as well as assets to support staff training.
  • Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns in alignment with regional Go to Market calendar.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of all in-store signage and promotional material in all Arc’teryx Brand Stores and Factory Outlets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with local business needs and global best practice.
  • Increase Brand Awareness and sell-through in our Authorised Dealer network in conjunction with B2B leadership.
  • Building strong and authentic business partnerships and educating staff and referrals with product expertise and knowledge
  • Plan, create and execute commercial marketing calendar with wholesale accounts.
  • Ownership of wholesale marketing communication related to the execution of seasonal campaigns, seasonal training.
  • Create and maintain in store brand and commercial assets.
  • Provide feedback on sell-through, competitor analysis, staff and store manager feedback plus other data to aid commercial planning.
About you
  • We’re looking to bring on apassionate influencer,someone with aninsatiable driveto take Arc’teryx on a strategic and targeted journey. Our plans are ambitious and we’re truly excited about the future and what we can achieve.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years’ experience in retail, sales, VM roles
  • Experience in theretail & outdoor channelpreferred.
  • Demonstrated project management execution and communication skills.
  • An interest in outdoor pursuits – climbing, snow sports, hiking, trail running
