Join our vibrant team as an all-round Construction Administrator. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality luxury homes, and your role will be instrumental in ensuring both Contractor and customer satisfaction by efficiently managing processes and resolving issues, previous construction experience is essential.

Role Overview:

In charge of your own communities as Pre and Post Site administrator, you will be the point of contact for homeowners and site managers for all villas in your assigned communities from BA stage through to end of warranty period.

This will involve contract variation data input, permit approvals/final certifications and coordination and facilitation of warranty claims, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the reputation of our brand. Keen attention to detail and thorough comprehension of the requirements across all facets of the position is an essential skill.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison for homeowners submitting warranty claims, guaranteeing a favourable and prompt interaction.

Claim Documentation: Collect and review warranty claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided for efficient processing.

Coordinate Inspections: Schedule and coordinate inspections with homeowners and contractors to assess and address warranty-related issues.

Resolution Management: Work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate the timely resolution of warranty claims, ensuring high-quality repairs or replacements.

Communication: Keep homeowners informed about the status of their permits, warranty claims and providing updates on timelines and resolutions. Ensuring that internal stake holders are regularly updated as to the progress of their status regarding their documentation on file.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of contract variations, subcontractor packs, warranty claims, resolutions, and customer communications.

Permits: Gather internal documentation for submission to the council to secure building approval and obtain final certification from certifiers, ensuring a timely handover to each homeowner.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a customer-centric focused person with previous experience in construction, it's crucial to possess a solid understanding and prior experience in tasks associated with pre and post-construction phases. Demonstrate proficiency in resolving issues and possess strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks concurrently.

Communication is key - excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners, internal teams, and subcontractors. You are also adept at identifying and addressing issues, finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and have meticulous attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
