We are seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join a Property Fund Manager with both Listed and Unlisted Funds.

This is a 6 month contract initially.

Key responsibilities include:

  • The management and maintenance of the investor database and associated spreadsheets for reporting requirements;
  • Responsibility for management of inbound investor, custodial and advisor operational queries and coordination of responses in a timely manner;
  • Assist in day-to-day management of registry activities including preparation of periodic and ad hoc investor communications

Your background:

  • 3-10 yrs experience in back-office or administrative functions in
  • Registry services, Custodial operations or the Finance industry.
  • Wholesale/Institutional operations experience viewed favorably.
  • Property industry experience preferable but not essential.
  • Accuracy, with an exceptional eye for detail, and reliability are key attributes, as these
  • duties are extremely important from a Fund compliance and governance perspective.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
