Job DescriptionThe Role
A new opportunity has arisen in our Employment team for a Senior Associate looking for the next step in their career (minimum 5 years' experience in either general disputes or Employment). Based in our Perth office, you will work with a highly experienced Partner on a range of Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety matters covering:
- Disputes (Fair Work Commission and Federal Court)
- Employment advisory work
- Misconduct/disciplinary issues
- Workplace investigations
- IR related matters (strategy, negotiations and disputes)
- Workplace Safety advice and representation
About You
We would welcome applications from Senior Associates/Lawyers with the following:
- at least 5 years' post qualification experience within private law practice
- Australian employment law experience
- team oriented approach
- strong relationship building skills and client focus
