I am currently supporting a leading national Firm that prides themselves on being at the forefront of legal excellence. Their dynamic team is dedicated to providing top-tier legal services in corporate and commercial law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join their reputable firm and contribute to our continued success.
We are looking for a Senior Associate 4-8 PQE specialising in Corporate M&A across Public & Private markets to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex M&A transactions, providing strategic legal advice, and working closely with clients to achieve their business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and overseeing closing processes.
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate advisory.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate law and M&A.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our legal services.
You will have 3-8 years' experience in a reputable corporate transaction practice, be driven and have a desire to be part of a market leading private equity practice. We are seeking an individual who is keen to learn and build their career, working for high quality domestic and international clients on market leading transactions. The role will provide the successful candidate with exceptional experience and training, not just in technical legal matters but also in client relations, whilst being part of a fun and dynamic team in one of the fastest growing law firms in the country.
