The Executive Assistant role reports to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CSTO) and is responsible for providing administrative support to the CSTO and the Transformation Office (TO). This will include hands-on support to enhance the productivity of the CSTO and TO team, coordinating meetings/events/forums and various reporting mechanisms including Leadership Team, Board and Strategy Reporting. 

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

Provide administrative and project support to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer as required, specifically: diary management, meeting coordination, booking domestic and international travel, expense management, action tracking, and any other ad hoc tasks as and when required

Arranging logistics for Strategy and or Transformation Office relevant meetings (diary coordination, agenda and material creation and coordination, facility bookings, travel and catering)

Support the coordination, compilation, review and editing of Board papers and materials as required

Work with the Company Secretariat and Investor Relations teams on board preparation, meetings, papers and reviews required by CSTO

What you will bring:

3+ years experience as an executive assistant directly to a Senior Executive 

Strong organisational and coordination skills with experience supporting executives within a corporate environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management within Iress

Highly organised with a high attention to detail, with superior judgment and decision-making

Exposure to core project management disciplines and processes with an interest to develop skills in this area

A positive and collaborative mind-set

Must possess a high degree of discretion, a high level of professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency

Ability to prioritise and balance several tasks and work with deadlines with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at one time while maintaining a positive attitude is essential

Must be a team player and have initiative to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion

Strong computer skills as well as high proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Mail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
