Our client is a pioneering leader in air quality solutions, dedicated to protecting workers from hazardous environments; they excel in creating cutting-edge solutions for demanding industries, including mining, construction and agriculture. Headquartered in Brisbane, with a strong presence across Australia and the US, our client is positioned for significant growth and global impact.

As the business embarks on its next phase of strategic growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager People & Safety to lead their people and safety strategies. Reporting to the CEO, you will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping the organisation’s culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the highest safety standards. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive people and safety initiatives, covering talent management, employee development, engagement initiatives, and rewards programs. Additionally, you will promote a safety-first culture, establishing protocols and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position demands someone meticulously organized, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to proactively understand and address business challenges.
