What you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue independently and manage a portfolio of business consisting of both agency and brand direct clients
  • Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
  • Overseeing a number of Sales and Marketing clients operationally and strategically as well as providing direction for how we go upstream
  • Take responsibility for more complex Sales and Marketing brand relationships. Apply business insights and industry knowledge to advance the client and TTD’s goals. Persuade and lead senior level meetings
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap and platform functionality but is also able to think on a more macro-level and develop messaging which factors in the wider industry and trends
  • Assist with projects and go-to-market strategies which impact the wider BD team and start to develop the understanding and commercial insights needed for forecasting and other sales management techniques
  • Lead a growing team of Account Executives/Senior Account Executives and deeply understand the team's strengths and weaknesses so decisions can be made to make the best use of individuals' talents
  • Supports development of individuals on their career path by creating specific measurable actions for them. Define success in terms of the whole team rather than individuals
  • Provides feedback and opportunities for developmental discussions at annual performance reviews but also throughout the year

Who you are:

  • 12+ years of comprehensive experience in online advertising sales across diverse sectors including online publishing, ad networks, exchanges, servers, SEM platforms, DSPs, Traditional media and other relevant areas.
  • Effective communicator skilled in engaging senior stakeholders to establish lasting, consultative client relationships driving sustainable business growth.
  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers in major holding companies for enhanced collaboration and business expansion opportunities.
  • Consistent track record of surpassing revenue targets, demonstrating capability in generating significant business outcomes.
  • Visionary leader with a collaborative management approach, dedicated to inspiring and guiding teams towards shared goals while prioritising personal and professional growth.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration towards common objectives.
  • Proficient in communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills crucial for navigating complex business environments and conducting impactful negotiations.
  • Driven by data when negotiation, enabling effective decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, showcasing adaptability to fulfill organisational requirements.
