About the Role

The role requires an experienced hands-on payroll professional to work as a valued member of the Group Payroll Team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality centralised payroll (including superannuation) and administrative services for the Navitas Group.

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to use initiative
  • Customer service focus with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage employee enquiries
  • Understanding of the application of modern awards and relevant legislation
  • Excellent relationship building skills & the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet objectives
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally
