About the role:
The Accounts Receivable Team Leader is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable process whilst supporting and assisting the wider accounts team.
- Coach and guide less experienced employees in query resolution
- Develop training schedule for new employees
- Identify training needs for staff and provide guidance

This role is full time, working Monday to Friday and based out of our Corporate Head Office in Melbourne's CBD.
About you:

- Proven leadership experience, with supervision and team development
- Financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutions
- 8+ years experience in accounts receivable, debt collection and general finance administration
- Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
- Annual leave may not normally be taken within 4 weeks of the end of the financial year
- Experience in the health or aged care sector preferred
- Experience and expertise in timely and accurate accounting service delivery
- Experience in accounting packages
- Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable principals, practices and regulations
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
