Insurance Claims Manager / Insurance Broker Claims

Apollo Risk Services is a Western Australian Insurance Brokerage located in Osborne Park.

We are seeking an experienced, mature, motivated, and professional insurance Claims Manager to join our team. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to clients by advising and lodging insurance claims.
  • Monitoring the assessment of claims and negotiating settlement with the Insurer to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Keeping our clients informed of the claim progress through to confirming final settlement.
  • Keeping our Brokers informed with progress of clients claims.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of Five Years experience working Insurance Claims
  • Strong technical claims background
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience and confidence in commercial and domestic insurance classes including Property, Liability, Motor and Workers Compensation.
  • Experience in Workers Compensation claims will be highly regarded.
