About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Team Leader to join our Peter Alexander Call Centre team Reporting into the Call Centre Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best customer experience, resolving their inquiries and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. This role is Part-Time, 4 days per week located at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and policies
- Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures and processes
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer-focused attitude
- Experience in customer service and retail desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
