We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex telecommunications network relocation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of financial targets.
- Oversee all aspects of program engagement, from planning and communication to budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to achieve project goals.
- Manage contractor relationships to ensure high-quality work within budget and timeframe.
- Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects.
- Identify and proactively address program risks and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the General Manager Operations to achieve strategic objectives.
To be successful, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, including project tracking and planning.
- 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse project teams, including internal and external resources.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications field work, including civils, hauling, and splicing.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK preferred).
- Experience within the telecommunications industry (essential).
