Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Associate Director - Mechanical & Electrical to join their team in Caberra. The role involves leading the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) deliverables within projects, managing multiple projects and clients, overseeing Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers, and collaborating effectively. Ideal candidates will have a track record of delivering high-quality cost management services, be professionally qualified or working towards qualification, and possess knowledge of M&E systems and supply chain. Other qualifications include proficiency in digital software, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying
- Professional qualification (RICS or similar) or working towards one
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience in delivering M&E work for clients
- Knowledge and contacts within the M&E supply chain
- Proficiency in digital software for cost management
- Commercially astute and skilled in negotiation
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally an Australian citizen with NV2 clearance
