Location: Sydney CBD

Join a leading market innovator as an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in their state-of-the-art Sydney CBD offices. About the Role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Collecting new employee documentation (e.g., bank details, TFN, and superannuation)
  • Assisting with the onboarding process
  • Posting and removing job advertisements
  • Collaborating with various business units to acquire top talent
  • Partnering with external recruitment agencies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting pre-employment and reference checks

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner
  • Strong relationship-building skills
