Location: Sydney, Australia | Team Size: 28 | Reports to: Regional Talent Acquisition Lead | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English written and verbal

As Crayon’s new Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will partner with and overlap with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Resourcers and other Coordinators across Europe, APAC and the US, collaborating and supporting recruitment processes worldwide. You will be attending meetings with our hiring teams, collating the relevant information from all stakeholders, and coordinating all administrative tasks associated, including candidate dialogue. From start to finish, you will document recruitment processes and actions. Join us in this exciting role to further expand our capabilities.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule screenings and interviews across multiple time zones for the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers, contributing to screening activities and follow up on the implementation of the agreed recruitment process with each hiring manager
  • Draft advertisements, post, and follow-up expiration dates
  • Administer and handle dialogue with applicants, including rejections, reference checks, as well as supporting the internal referral process
  • Understand the key requirements and conduct sourcing qualified short lists in LinkedIn Recruiter, in alignment with Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Assist with screening activities and ensure the agreed recruitment process is implemented with each hiring manager by providing follow-up

Your Competencies

  • 2+ years of experience in team-based recruitment activities, preferably in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Experience working in an international environment
