About the role:
We're seeking a passionate and organized Talent Acquisition Business Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DBG Health. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts helping us find the top talent to fuel our growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for our support office roles across Australia, with a view to future US & UK
- Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, and our applicant tracking system.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the position.
- Shortlisting qualified candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or
- A strong understanding of recruitment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Tracking Systems
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
