- Specialized installations: Construction, installation and maintenance activities for high-voltage electrical networks, telecommunications systems, air conditioning systems, mechanical and naval assembly, nuclear dismantling and the integral maintenance of all types of infrastructures, industry and building.

- Integrated Projects: Engineering, supply, construction and start-up of projects related to the conventional and renewable energy sector, oil and gas infrastructures, desalination plants, drinking water purification and drinking and/or process water purification systems, as well as urban and industrial wastewater treatment and reuse equipment.

- Concession assets: Promotion and construction of concession assets such as renewable infrastructures and transmission lines.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Electrical) to join our team.

Day to day, the role will involve:

As the Project Manager for our esteemed consortium's monumental endeavor within the Central-West Orana REZ, you will be entrusted with a multifaceted portfolio of responsibilities aimed at steering the project towards unparalleled success. Your role will encompass:

  • Strategizing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation;
  • Facilitating seamless collaboration and communication amongst clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders;
  • Ensuring strict adherence to technical standards, specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Championing the timely execution and completion of project milestones within predetermined schedules and budgetary parameters;
  • Upholding unwavering commitment to quality, health, safety, environmental sustainability, and legislative compliance;
  • Providing effective leadership, mentorship, and supervision to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability;
  • Compiling comprehensive project progress reports, risk assessments, and actionable insights for informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement;
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating any challenges, conflicts, or disputes that may arise, facilitating swift resolution to uphold project integrity and momentum.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, coupled with a distinguished track record of 20 years in EHV outdoor and indoor substations of 330kV or higher (preferably 500kV), with a minimum of 10 years in project management roles.
  • Extensive expertise across various facets of substations, encompassing design, engineering, construction, and testing & commissioning.
  • Proficiency in local and international standards, codes, and regulations governing EHV substation projects, complemented by adeptness in utilizing software such as Primavera and MS Office.
  • Experience with SynCons will be considered a significant asset.
  • Exceptional leadership acumen, adept problem-solving abilities, decisive decision-making prowess, and stellar communication skills are imperative for success in this role.
