People and Culture Advisor | Pyrmont
We are searching for a proactive and passionate P&C Advisor to join our team based in Pyrmont. You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support to the Hanes Brands Retail network in consultation with the HR Manager.
What will I be doing?
This role works closely with our Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing coaching and guidance performance development, talent management, on boarding and induction, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeing
- Driving and supporting culture and engagement initiatives
- Conducting and reporting on on-boarding processes and exit interviews
- Developing and facilitating focused training programs to support team growth and development
- Maintaining strong business partnerships with your stakeholders
What experience do I have?
You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking.
Ideally you will have:
- 2 years generalist HR experience
- Impressive relationship building skills: you are respected and well-liked by others and know how to forge, maintain and foster strong working relationships across diverse client groups
- A passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people development
- Extremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Advanced PC Skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mind
- Extremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Adaptability, Initiative and self motivation
- High level MS Office skills
- Adaptability, initiative and great communication skills
