Role outline
The Executive Assistant (EA) is the key support for the CEO and the Executive Leadership team focusing on ensuring all administrative requirements are delivered, to enable the agency to be as productive and efficient as possible. The EA is a critical part of agency culture and acts as an ambassador for GroupM. They will be required to work across a number of projects at any one time and be adept at prioritisation and multitasking. No two days will be the same, so the ability and willingness to be adaptive is key. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one Australia's leading Chief Executive Officers and an exciting time to join a group that has significant momentum in market.

Aimee sets a high performance bar, which she combines with a people first approach, making her an excellent leader and someone who is a beacon for the industry's top talent.
Her leadership has been recognised in several ways. She was recently recognised on the AFR's Women in Leadership list 2024, named Sustainability Leader by Campaign ASIA, as well as being named #1 on both the Media Week Agency 50 and B&T Women in Media Power List
She has also led GroupM to be named Employer of the Year at the B&T Women in Media awards in 2023, as well as winning both 'Best Place for Women and 'Diverse Inclusive Employer' in 2024.
Aimee is married with two young kids and prioritises balancing her high-pressure role with her family life.
Aimee considers her EA as a true partner and confidant.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
As well as the main craft as an EA, diary management, management of email, internal communications, agenda preparation, minutes, presentations and pitch documents, we are looking for Aimee's EA to support the team with agency events, staff surveys, annual agency strategy documents.
As our ideal candidate, you will have 5+ years relevant experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Preferably you'll have a background or interest in media, marketing, events, client and customer experience.
- You'll be an organisation ninja who can work fast and think on your feet
