The Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, analysing performance, and providing key insights to support decision-making across the organisation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and scenarios to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and operational initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse key financial metrics, trends, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to align financial objectives with business goals and drive process improvements.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to anticipate potential impacts on financial performance.
- Experience as a Financial Analyst
- Chartered Accountant with sound technical skill base
- Excellent EQ and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in cloud-based ERP & BI platforms
- Intermediate to strong Excel & Powerpoint skills
- Experience in Education, Childcare or Property industries an advantage
