With the commencement of the re-introduction of Years 7 (2027) and 8 (2028) under the Toorak Glamorgan Initiative, we seek to appoint a Campus Business Manager (2-year fixed term contract) who reports directly to the Head of Campus |Toorak and is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, maintenance and business service functions of the campus. The Campus Business Manager supervises a multi-disciplinary team of staff and oversees the activities of a range of external service providers to ensure the provision of effective and efficient business and operational services to the campus. The role also has a close working relationship with the Executive Director Operations and Shared Services , the Associate Director of Finance, and the Director of Employee Engagement who are based at Corio. The role will have oversight of key projects for the Campus.
The successful applicant will have a strong business management and/or administration background with well-developed people management, communication and financial/budget management skills. Previous experience within infrastructure and/or property management would be highly regarded. The role demands the ability to supervise and work as part of multi-disciplinary team and to oversee the provision of a range of operational as well as grounds and infrastructure management services.
