About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking a Business Support Analyst to work with our HR team to support and improve SuccessFactors applications and associated solutions. The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Provide application support, continuous improvement and assist with delivering upgrades and projects to maintain SAP SuccessFactors business applications & solutions
  • Assist with IT service management incidents, service requests and enhancements based on agreed priority, together with the Business Systems Analyst – HR
  • Assist with governance of functional specifications and documents that define the desired outcome of system enhancements/developments
  • Work with external vendors to provide effective and efficient solutions to meet the business needs
  • System testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions and production changes and upgrades to applications and systems



About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience working in business support on SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with HR experience. Candidates will also display:

  • Experience with vendor management and working with vendor resources to achieve project and application support outcomes
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and key modules (Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Employee Central)
  • Experience with service management tools and Level 2 Support processes
