About the Opportunity: Water Dynamics is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a national role within a growing industry leader, based in Mildura, Victoria. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's image and driving our marketing initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products, brand and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Manage advertising campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyse marketing metrics and provide insights to optimise campaign performance.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials within budget and timeline constraints.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Desireable
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the B2B, B2C or Irrigation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO, and social media management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a passion for innovation, with a keen eye for detail.
