What does the job look like?
Step into a key role within our healthcare transport team, where you'll plan and manage all inbound and outbound transport activities. Key areas:
- Handle all customer orders using SAP TM
- Assemble orders into loads and coordinate vehicle load plans
- Ensure timely deliveries locally, intrastate, and interstate
- Book with wholesaler warehouses to meet delivery deadlines
- Adhere to all regulatory and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements

You'll be at the heart of our operations, engaging with various departments to meet daily safety, service, and cost metrics. If you're highly motivated and ready to make an impact, this role is for you You can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in transport planning and load allocation (cold and ambient experience highly desirable)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Results-oriented leadership and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to customer excellence and organizational skills
- High standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
