LEAD Childcare Southport are searching for a SUPERSTAR Centre Manager to join their family.

About your EXCITING new career

  • Leading a team of dedicated and passionate Educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are supported and encouraged to be engaged, creative and curious.
  • Guiding the day-to-day operations of the Centre alongside your Centre Leadership Team.
  • Communicate directly with our experienced and supportive Head Office Team, General Manager and Approved Provider.
  • You will participate in Quarterly Centre Manager professional development conferences.
  • We encourage all of our staff to use their voice We encourage you to contribute and embed the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
  • You will support a team of passionate Educators to implement programs, policies and procedures.
  • Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
  • Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

What you will need to SUCCEED

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and care (Or actively working towards).
  • A passion for providing high quality education and care for our youngest family members
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a community of like-minded professionals
  • Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach, Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
  • Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID004) **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**
  • Current CPR certificate (HLTAID001) **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**
  • Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**
  • Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**
  • Current Child Protection Certificate. **Not essential but must be willing to obtain**
