Civium is National Real Estate company with offices in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne . We lookout for a dynamic individual with exposure to the insurance industry to bolster our ranks and take charge of various responsibilities, including insurance renewals, fostering strong relationships with our partnering brokers, managing policies, handling claims, overseeing general administration tasks and delivering top-notch client service . 

In addition, you will lead a team of outstanding collaborators , nurturing a culture where synergy and cooperation thrive. It is about fostering an environment where each team member not only excels individually but also actively seeks opportunities to work together.

As a key member of our team, you will engage with internal stakeholders, insurance firms, and clients alike, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. About you 

  • Min 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • You will need to acquire a deep understanding and practical knowledge of specific legislation relevant to your assigned state or territory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and adept people management abilities are essential. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. 
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with keen attention to detail are vital. 
  • Ability to swiftly respond to emergencies and adapt to changes is crucial.
