Would you like the opportunity to work alongside the management and clinical lead team to drive and shape paediatric MDT services at a national level? At National 360, our OT Clinical Practice Advisors (CPA) have a crucial role in upholding and promoting clinical best practices and standards in Occupational Therapy. They are responsible for guiding and aiding the implementation of these practices through delivery of staff training, development of resources, policy management and clinical consultation, as well as ensuring quality assurance within their designated practice area(s). Additionally, they offer mentoring and professional support to fellow practitioners. Our CPAs also play an integral part in representing and assisting the OT National Clinical Lead and broader Leadership Team in achieving our business objectives.

With the roll out of our 360 Kids programs in 2023, the OT CPA will also have a unique opportunity to drive and shape interdisciplinary service provision alongside interdisciplinary leads, who themselves, also have many years experience.

Located in our Leederville office, and operating under a highly adaptable working structure, the CPA Paediatric OT position will oversee an independent clinical caseload and deliver clinical training to paediatric Occupational Therapists across the country. Utilising advanced professional expertise and discernment, this role will offer assistance for intricate clinical caseloads. Additionally, it is responsible for offering top-notch clinical supervision to paediatric therapists located across the country

About You

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board With that being said, there are a few requirements for the role, which are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 5+ years’ experience within the community sector
  • Advanced knowledge in Paediatrics
  • Experience with developing and/or delivering clinical education to health professionals
  • Experience with clinical supervision, particularly for Early Career Therapists
  • Capacity to apply high-level professional skills and judgement to complex clinical caseloads
  • AHPRA Registration
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
