2 Fixed term roles: 1 x 6 mths, 1 x 24 mthsPart time 60 hours per fortnightSCHADS level 4The Opportunity: The Project Officer’s primary responsibility is to provide daily administration support to Samaritan's PSP programs. It is a crucial position within the team and provides direct support to Case Managers, Team Leaders and the Community Services Manager by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with intake and referrals, maintaining databases & data reporting along with other general project and administration tasks.Conduct research and analysis, develop and document policy, procedures, and practice guides in accordance with relevant Legislation, Quality Standards and Program GuidelinesMaintain systems that ensure data integrity, analysis and compliance reporting against key accountabilities.Maintain information and knowledge management systems, and provide quantitative evidence to support service planning, delivery, and development.Assist with contract and relationship management, bid and tender management, and the design and implementation of new social and community service programs.Promote continuous improvement in service provision and engagement in accordance with legislation, policy, and best practice standards.Why Work for us? The Opportunity:
The Project Officer’s primary responsibility is to provide daily administration support to Samaritan's PSP programs. What we’re looking for
